The Fast Track To Leadership
In order to be considered for promotion into leadership, you must first show yourself worthy.
Requirements for promotion:
• Have a great attitude (PMA = OPM)
• Learn to apply the 5’s & 8’s
• Learn to do your own settle ups and books
• Personal inventory control
• Obtain volume discount (gas bonus)
Here are some helpful hints to assist you along your path:
• Always find the optimistic point of view in every situation (great attitude). If you have any questions, find your leader and he/she will assist you in the best way he/she can.
• Never sit in the office. Instead, be involved with the learning process at all times.
• Ask as many questions as you can. The more you know, the more you will be able to apply.
• In the morning, take advantage of the time we have provided for you. You may either take part in productive games or discussions, practice your pitch, or listen to others practice their pitch. Regardless of what you do, NEVER WASTE TIME!
• Days of retrain never end… Just ask your leader if you need one.
• Go on road trips!
• Be at all opportunity meetings.
• Write down all of your personal and business goals. (BELIEVE IN THEM)
• Work seriously to obtain your goals!!!
• Be patient with yourself and have faith in the system.
• HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
