I quit my job at Cydcor in Indy with the Uverse campaign recently. Was in it for a couple months and got in leadership by the end of 3 weeks. Needless to say the stories I've read are eerily similar to my own experience. Unfortunately there are several ppl in the business who I really respect including my manager and ass. man. and wish to remain anonymous. And as you know it is very rarely the people in the business who are flawed but it's the business model itself that is flawed.

Juice...makes me laugh everytime I hear that word used for anything but the kind ya drink, lol. I think everybody went into this job thinking they were going to make it big, I know I did. I had visions of getting my own office I believe in Charlotte for some reason. Why Charlotte?? No idea, just sounded cool I guess, lol. I met some great people working there, and still good friends with a few of them which is about the only positive thing that came out of that wreck of a job...well that and horny, lonely housewives from time to time. I'm glad I got out of that job when I did but like Aftermath, I don't regret being there. It was one helluva life experience that I do not intend to repeat...ever! LOL

You mean the free trip to LA that had my name on your plane ticket?!? LOL That was the final straw for me, once I saw that the bosses words didn't hold water I checked out. I made as much money as I could for a just a bit longer, saved it and bailed. lol yep! This was before 9/11 so our owner made a fake work ID with his name so I could use his plane ticket. Shady business of course.................. amazing how some of these people slept at night. Met some great people, but it was a joke as far as working goes!

I personally witnessed an owner from the toys division........ he was arrested a few times for drugs. Not only did he try and nail everyone woman in the office, he also knocked up the receptionist. Last I knew they moved back to michigan, although that was almost 10 years ago so the guy is likely in jail. He sure had an attitude, but for the most part he was a pretty cool guy. At least he wanted everyone to think that. But, I've seen fights and much worse while at other offices and such. What are some crazy stories you guys have?
